It is our hope that your card has uplifted a broken-hearted person. Soulful Expressions of Lamour do not accept returns for online purchases at this time.  All orders are final sales only.  However, we will work with you to rectify your purchase.  Soulful Expressions of Lamour stands behind the quality of our products.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact our office and we will work with you to correct your order.

Replacing damaged or defective items

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact us for instructions and an expedited replacement order. We are unable to repair damaged or defective items shipped to our returns center.
